Key Features

Analysis of Traffic Demand for the First Time with Complex Transportation Allocation
Efficient, precise and powerful

TOVA offers a variety of features to increase user convenience and efficiency.
In addition to basic network editing and subject map display functions,
it provides a variety of functions that take into account Korean data characteristics and analysis requirements.
With a variety of features, you can expect efficient transportation network management,
public transport analysis, data processing, and analysis solutions.

Screen Split and Synchronization
You can divide the workspace and automatically synchronize the position and scale of each view, allowing you to check the same range and location across multiple screens. This feature is particularly useful for scenario comparison such as comparing traffic volume changes between projects or examining network changes by future years.

Automatic Link Splitting
When editing a network, if a node is added to an existing traffic network, the existing link is automatically split. The feature also allows you to choose between one-way or two-way splitting, considering link direction. In addition, the attributes of the split links automatically adjust depending on their new lengths.

Network Comparison
The system provides a network comparison function that allows users to analyze differences in networks depending on scenario settings. Users can check differences in network topology as well as node/link attributes, and the network can be automatically modified or manually edited.

Public Transit Route Search
This function searches and displays all public transportation routes that pass through one or multiple user-selected nodes (stations/stops) or links (roads/railways). It is especially useful for analyzing regional public transit service operations, identifying high-density service areas, and examining local transit network characteristics.

Public Transit Station Area (Catchment) Display
This function visualizes station catchment areas centered around bus stops and urban rail stations for spatial analysis. Users can define the catchment radius, and multiple selected routes can be displayed simultaneously. It is useful for analyzing public transit service density and identifying underserved areas.

Public Transit Route Cumulative Boarding/Alighting Graph
This function generates a cumulative passenger graph for the boarding and alighting counts at each stop along the selected route. The graph is useful for analyzing stop-level passenger demand, onboard passenger changes, average passenger travel distance (or average number of stops traveled), and transfer patterns

Zone Subdivision and Aggregation
The subdivision function splits a single zone into multiple zones. Users can define the proportion and location of subdivided zones, and the OD table is automatically generated based on the subdivision ratios. The aggregation function combines multiple zones into a single zone, and the OD flows between the merged zones are treated as internal trips.

Function of calculating the traffic attribute value between
the model points by means of transportation
The function of calculating the traffic attribute value is to calculate the traffic attribute value (travel time, travel cost, travel distance, number of transfers, etc.) between all types of transportation using the results of public transportation route search. This function is used to construct attribute input data for each means for the settlement of the means selection model.

Multiple expression function of crossroad rotation traffic
It provides multi-selective traffic chart output for traffic analysis by direction of intersections. TOVA conducts a revolving traffic analysis for all intersections on the network during the traffic allocation process without the need to specify intersections in advance for the revolving traffic analysis.
